No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
No attempts to bypass access controls or security measures.
No interference with the service or other users.

5. Fees

Pricing and fees, if any, will be presented in the dashboard or commercial documents.

6. Intellectual property

We and our licensors retain all rights in the service, brand, and software.

7. Data and privacy

Your use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your own content and data.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if needed to protect the service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chainwalk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Chainwalk is established. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may have additional mandatory rights under local law.
